Panzanella hosts monthly Local Farm Dinners during the growing season.
Chef Jim Nixon prepares a special menu featuring the products of one farm. One month, you might enjoy a Broccoli Pesto Pizza with a Perry-Winkle Farm egg baked on top or Perry-Winkle potatoes and greens transformed into Fennel-Potato Gnocchi with Sauteed Kale and Mustard Greens. It’s a great chance to experience the food and meet the farmers!
