From Mattamuskeet Crab Bisque to Down East Oyster Salad, Crabby Pizza, and Harker’s Island Red Drum, everything but dessert is created using the locally-sourced products of Core Sound Seafood: fabulously fresh seafood that Core Sound brings to us from the independent fisherman of our coast.
