These delicious, satisfying sandwiches are served on Weaver Street Market bakery sub rolls — crisp and crunchy outside, airy and moist inside! Both can be ordered hot or cold, with your choice of a green salad, fries, or Sicilian carrots. The Turkey Sub features roast turkey with provolone, bacon, romaine lettuce and red onion, with a splash of red wine vinaigrette. It pairs splendidly with the Copperline Amber Ale from Carolina Brewery. The Italian Sub features ham, prosciutto, pepperoni and provolone with romaine lettuce and red onion, dressed with red wine vinaigrette. This glorious lunch would be even better with a glass of the Sensi Sangiovese, a wonderful Tuscan red currently on our list, or the Viña Marro Rioja Joven.
