Support local farmers and artisans!

Our seasonal menu allows us to serve products grown and produced locally.  We serve only sustainable seafood, and when available, we buy pasture-raised pork and beef from local farms.  The Weaver Street Market bakery makes the artisan bread served with our meals.  We make coffee with organic, fair trade beans that are roasted by local roasters.  Eating at Panzanella is about more than a great meal.  Dine with us and support growers and artisans in your own community!

Draft Beer Updates

Now pouring Torch Pilsner, a Czech-style pilsner from Foothills Brewing in Winston-Salem.

   

We've bid a warm weather farewell to the luscious Duck Rabbit Milk Stout, and replaced it with a seasonal draft from Mystery Brewing in Hillsborough. Ask your server for details.

Fresh Farmers’ Market Cocktails!

On Wednesday evenings...

Starting with fresh fruit, veggies, and herbs purchased from the Carrboro Farmers' Market on Wednesday afternoon (when it opens, April 11), we invent a fresh sweet or savory bar special (containing alcohol) to serve during dinner. If the ingredients last, we'll offer the same cocktail on Thursdays. We'll feature the Farmers' Market Cocktail as long as we can get local produce that inspires a cool, delicious beverage. Spring Cocktails
